We use only the finest hops, crystal-clear water, hand-picked grains, malt and yeast. No preservatives, no chemicals.
All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised. This lets them keep the full depth of flavour, aroma and nutritional value.
We're a small, independent brewery. We focus on quality over mass production, which guarantees the unique character of every batch.
Our beers are based on proven, time-honoured recipes and craft techniques. It's a return to the roots of brewing.
We draw inspiration from the rich brewing history of the Masuria region, reviving forgotten flavours and creating beers with soul.
Every bottle is the result of people for whom brewing is more than a business. It's a love for the amber drink and a desire to share it.
Mazurski Browar in Ełk cares about tradition and original recipes, creating craft beers recognised worldwide. Saison Autumn won the Kraft of the Year 2024 medal and bronze at the Brussels Beer Challenge!
Fabryki w Polsce Watch video reviewThis is a really nice beer that, despite the addition of pine shoots, surprises with its freshness and resinous notes — without any cough-syrup associations. A bold move by Mazurski Browar that could have gone wrong, but turned out great!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Browar in Ełk cultivates regional traditions, brewing award-winning beers. An example? Mazurskie Saison Aum — Craft of the Year 2024 medal and bronze at the Brazil Beer Challenge. Masuria at its best!
Mazurski Browar Watch video reviewKajak Hoppy Wheat is a great non-alcoholic beer — distinct bitterness and citrus notes effectively mask the wort character. So good you could mistake it for a regular beer. It definitely matches the top non-alcoholic brands!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Porter is a phenomenal drink with perfectly balanced notes of chocolate, coffee and caramel. Despite 9.5% alcohol, it drinks surprisingly easily. For me it's a top-class Porter — Real Ale Craft Beer gave it 10/10, and I fully agree. I'm eager to try more beers from Mazurski!
Real Ale Craft Beer Watch video reviewI think brewing four different interpretations of the Saison style is a bold and praiseworthy move by Mazurski Browar. All of them are turbo-dry, with distinct bitterness. Saison Autumn won gold at KPR 2024 and bronze at the Brussels Beer Challenge — a great result in the Belgian style!
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewMazurski Browar hit the mark with Ełcki Dark Lager — it's a light, refreshing beer despite its dark colour. Wonderfully balanced, with pleasant bitterness and notes of liquorice and dark fruit (plum, fig, raisins). Real Ale Craft Beer gave it a well-deserved 8/10 — and I stand by that.
Real Ale Craft Beer Watch video reviewMazurski Porter is a very nice, smooth beer in which the 9.5% alcohol can't be felt at all. Despite unusual additions like oat flakes, coconut and cocoa, the whole thing is surprisingly coherent, with a distinct and pleasantly moreish bitterness on the finish.
Browar Kopyra Watch video reviewBorn from a passion for beer and a love for the region. Our mission is to continue Masuria’s rich brewing tradition, blending it with modern craft.
We began our adventure in Ełk in 2015, with big dreams of creating beers that reflect the authentic taste and character of the region. In just nine months we managed to find, buy and renovate a building for the brewery, purchase excellent equipment, and set up the production hall and the facilities we needed. It went quickly because two professional brewers were already among us.
The first brew was on 5 October 2016. It was a Pale Lager; nine years on, it’s still the most popular beer in our range.
We love playing with classic beer styles from different countries and eras, adding contemporary touches. From the start we’ve relied on natural ingredients and traditional brewing methods, which guarantee the exceptional quality of every bottle. Our beer isn’t just a drink – it’s a story about history, dedication and the heart we put into the process.
We believe beer is more than a beverage – it’s part of culture, of gatherings and shared moments. We want our beers to be part of those moments, carrying the taste of Masuria and the joy of discovering true craft.
Mazurski Browar is impressive — great beers, numerous awards and a full range in the shop. Thanks to the hosts for brewing together and I recommend visiting this place — you'll feel right at home!
